Hello and welcome to Rio's Pet shop, Spa & Boarding in North Miami Beach. My name is Patricia Bastos and I am the owner of Rio's Pet shop, Spa & Boarding, we have been in business for over 10 years. I am a Biologist and I love what I do. We have a big place in North Miami Beach for the good of our customers, their pets, our students, and our staff. In our brand new place our clients will are able to relax and even do yoga while they wait for their furry friend.
Staff:
Patricia Bastos Owner: I have been a groomer for more than 15 years. I am also a Florida certified grooming teacher and instructor.
Gladys Sampor: Groomer Assistant, professional groomer, professional bather and de-matting pets, 10 years experience with Humane Society. She has been working for Rio's Pet Spa & Boarding for the last 2 years. Gladys likes to rescue, bath, and groom stray cats and dogs.
Danielle Braga: She has been working with us for the past 8 years. She is a very good groomer/ instructor and she does teeth cleaning and oral hygiene. She knows how to do deep teeth cleaning on dogs without anesthesia. She is a veterinary technician, so she knows about little problems pets could have.
Bianca Fainberg: Front desk manager. She has been with us for the last 5 years, she volunteered for the first 3 years and has been working with us ever since. Besides the front desk she does customer service and speaks 6 languages: Russian, English, Hebrew, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
