Boarding Requirements
All pets must have current shots, including rabies, DHLPPC, and bordatella (kennel cough). Pets must be neutered or spayed at the appropriate age in order to be lose playing with others. (Pleasant Pets will consider exceptions).
New pets will be individually evaluated and introduced slowly into the community. Ill pets will not be accepted.

Bring your dog or cat for a spa day, go to have lunch and get your clean and happy furry friend afterwards.
- Board for single nights or for extended periods.
- Cage-free environment. Swimming pool and sandbox followed by a run area to play fetch.
- Pets return to their suites at night tired, satisfied, and ready to eat and rest well. They sleep great at Rio's Pet Spa & Boarding store.
- Drop-off is Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
- Pickup from Monday to Saturday is from 10 am to 12 pm if there are NO bath and /or grooming services. Be aware after 12:01 pm an additional daycare fee will be charged.
- Sunday pickups are only at 9 am or 5:00 pm. pm (except holidays). The store is not open to the public. If you have arrangements, please don't call. Just stop by and get your dog. If you have to pay anything. Pay cash. Sunday guy doesn't know the week deals. Please, follow our rules for the happiness of everyone.
- There is no drop-off on Sundays.
- Each pet receives hands-on attention and affection.
- Exercise, socialization, and interaction all day.
- Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite bedding, blankets, toys, and food( mandatory-changing food may give the dog a sick stomach.
- Suites are LARGE enough for families of 2, 3, or more pets to share a suite and stay together.
- Sunday pick-ups are available! 9 am or 5 pm.
- We administer medications per your instructions. There is an extra fee. We do not accept diabetic pets or any pet that requires injections. Call us for more details and pricing.
- For major holidays if you book a space for your pet for several days and you pick up your pet before the booking ends there is no money refund. Also if you want to extend your booking you will be charged extra and we cannot guarantee the room in advance, please call us before your booking ends.

Rio's Pet Spa & Boarding store has a simple Boarding model: We have only 13 dog suites and a small room for cats so we recommend you make reservations. We are quite different from the dormitory kennels which hold 40, 60, or more dogs and cats in small cages or runs. With such a small number of spacious suites, each guest at Rio's Pet Spa & Boarding store is assured of a comfortable, personal stay. We are proud that Rio's Pet Spa store is the smallest, most personal Boarding facility in North Miami Beach.

in six separate play areas.
Endless Exercise, socialization, and interaction. All for one fixed price.
Overnight under 10 lbs $35, 11 lbs to 25 lbs $40, call us for monthly pricing.
From 26 lbs to 40 lbs $50 per night. Over 41 lbs please call for pricing.
Males that are not castrated or dogs that need medicine to add $5 extra a night.
Boarding for cats is $25 per night. For more than 15 days call us.
Daycare: from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Small dogs $25 daily,
Medium and Big dogs: $30 daily, It depends on dog behavior.
Usually, dogs that are not fixed are more money,
because of the dominant behavior.
